Taking small steps to accomplish my goals

 

I’m starting to think of new goals for the end of the year. Something I am learning is to do small steps towards achieving my goals.  As my fitness coach says sometimes showing up is half the battle.  I hurt my back about a month ago.  I still have some pain, but I’m trying to exercise everyday.  I’m not walking as fast as I want to, but I’m showing up and walking.  

I also do a little bit of yoga after my walk so hopefully soon my back and hip will feel better.  

Do you think about and make goals each month?

I’m trying to do “no sugar November”.  I get one treat every Saturday.
