I went to my primary care doctor yesterday,
He is not hugely concerned with my blood results.
He told me to continue to eat healthy and exercise and in September we will see where I am.
Above is my typical lunch at work.
I am not stressing over this but just working towards the goal I made in January.
I want to exercise daily, eat healthy,
And get better sleep at night.
I probably will not be eating lots of food that
Don’t nourish my body.
Doesn’t this look really yummy though.
I have lost 4 pounds just from no snacking after dinner and getting lots of sleep 😴.
I will keep you posted.
