Did you make any goals for this year? Mine are to continue with the goals I started last year. I’m doing weight training almost every day. I can lift 10 lb weights so I am thinking of buying adjustable dumbbells.
I’m biking everyday. I’m so proud of myself because I can actually keep up with the trainers with the fitness program that I use.
I’m continuing to clean and declutter my house.
I’m continuing to do my photography and family history.
I’m bringing lunch and healthy snacks to work.
I’m still saving money.
