Here are my bed time books. What you do before bed can affect your sleep and your weight.
The last few weeks to help with weight loss I have been changing night time habits. No more snacks after dinner.
No more falling asleep 😴 in front of the television. Now 2 hours before bed, I stop doing anything that is connected to screen time. I listen to calming music and read a fun book.
I have lost 5 pounds by just changing my night time routine.
