What I learned from going to an antique shop.

On our last date of the new year we went to an antique shop.

I took a photo of this because it reminded me of a Seinfeld show.

This sums up my Christmas.  Watching the nutcracker.

I learned a good lesson at the antique shop. 

You may think you should keep something because it might 

Be worth something later. Don’t do it. 

If you aren’t using something get rid of it.

Donate it, gift it to someone else.

Don’t keep it.

Antique shops are filled with things people collected.

I saw lots of things I have collected. Nothing was priced very high.  Most was priced lower than what I paid.

So this year as I continue to clean out I’m 

Not going to feel bad that I might have made money on 

Something, and I’m going to feel good that my life is less cluttered.

Our last date of 2024

 

We went on our last day date of 2024.

It was raining so we went to the museum of natural history.

We went to the Orca exhibit.

I’m wearing the hat my mother in law made me.

They had a Nutcracker. I guess 

There was a treasure hunt connected with it. 

Maybe I will look into this next year.

I took a different little bird. 

Some Native American art work.

It was a nice way to end our dating year.
