365 workouts completed ✔️

In trying to keep healthy and active I use
The Ifit workout app. 
Last year I did a little over 365 workouts before 
The end of the year. 
I’m so proud of myself because it’s the 
First week of October and I have surpassed last year’s goal.

In September I started doing beginner 
Pilates along with my daily walk.
I’m just moving to the next set of exercises.
Even though I haven’t lost weight I 
Feel better.
I guess maintaining and not gaining weight is 
A small success.
I wonder how many exercise
Routines I will complete before the end of December.
I’ll let you know.
